The IBM SPSS Statistics Trial software is identical to the IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription software, albeit with a much shorter license period. The Trial software offered is always the latest release. In this case, it is version 28.0.0.0.
IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 thru 28.0 are the currently supported versions of the IBM SPSS Statistics On-Prem product. If you would like to test IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 for a trial period, then you would need to contact IBM SPSS Sales and make arrangements to obtain the installation media and apply a short term license.
