Where can I view non-parametric post hoc results in SPSS 27?

I've only ever seen tutorials for previous SPSS versions in doing Kruskal-Wallis with post-hoc; I'm able to do the K-W test just fine, but I am unable to find a line chart that shows the rankings for my results or anything like that; I have the box and whisker plots and tables of pairwise rankings, but the line chart might be easier and faster to interpret.

I'm not clear on what you want the line chart to look like, but you might find this output from K-W useful.  Otherwise, you would have to build the line chart from the tabulated results.  You could use OMS to get the post-hoc table as a dataset and go from there.
