time dependent cox regression

    Hello

    I have spss v27.

    I would like to run cox regression with time dependent variable. Only half the sample received the medication (coded as 0 and 1) that are affected by this time variable (which is when they received the medication in days). Is there a way to code this so that the time variable only applies to that eligible subset of cases and allow for the regression to b e formed for the entire sample.
