95% confidence intervals for Sn, Sp, PPV, NPV?

    Hello,

I have observations made by 5 people on the same set of subjects. I want to compare them all to a "gold standard" and come up with the diagnostic performance characteristics (Sn, Sp, PPV, NPV) based on all 5 observers, including 95% confidence intervals. I've read papers by others who've done this kind of analysis and they say they use the "generalized estimating equations" approach, which I do see in my version of SPSS (which I have through work), so I guess it has the Advanced Statistics module. But I have no idea how to start using it for what I'm trying to do! Can anybody help please?

My request is similar to this:
