I am trying to figure out how to run a Relative Weights Analysis with the results from our engagement survey to identify what question items are driving engagement (So weighting question items as it relates to the engagement survey question). I am unable to easily find the process to complete the Relative Weights Analysis in SPSS. Does anyone have a process to follow or can offer help on how to complete this analysis? Thank you!

Relative Weights is one of a number of variable importance measures for regression.  It is not available in SPSS Statistics or even on CRAN.  It is similar to Shapley Value regression, which is available as an extension command: STATS RELIMP.  You can install it via Extensions > Extension Hub.  It requires the appropriate version of R, which depends on your SPSS version, and the R Configuration tool, which is also available from the Extension Hub.  RELIMP also provides a number of other useful methods.

Shapley Value Regression is computationally intensive, and the run time goes up dramatically with the number of variables.  How many candidate regressors do you have?

Also, note that significance tests are not available with variable importance measures
