Hi. I have v27.0.1 running on my Mac (11.3.1). I wonder if you can find a folder titled something like:
<some path>/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports where <some path> on your machine might be /Users/daniela
There might be a crash log there that could help us understand what's going wrong.
In the meantime, you should try this, too:
1. In Finder, navigate to where the application is installed - probably "/Applications/IBM SPSS Statistics 27".
2. Right-click on SPSS Statistics.app and select Show Package Contents
3. Select "Contents" then "MacOS"
4. On the "stats" item, right-click, go to Services > New iTerm Window here
5. In the terminal window, enter ./stats
6. Copy and paste whatever output SPSS gives you from that invocation of the process.
Thanks!

Subject: SPSS Statistics is not running on MacOS Big Sur Version 11.3.1
Hi all
Is there a chance to get SPSS Statistics Version 27.0.1.0 running on MacOS Big Sur Version 11.3.1. The software is installed but will not start at all. It's crashing even before I get able to put in the verification code for the software.
Is this a known problem?
Thanks for feedbacks
Daniela
