@Sam Charrington (well-known host of the TWiML AI podcast ), found a course that closes the gap between those designed for the aspiring data scientist, and courses for learning how to deploy real-world AI and ML workflows in the enterprise : The AI Enterprise Workflow Specialization  recently published on Coursera by IBM.

He decided to take the course, and lead a study group with other fellow learners starting February 22.

He will be hosting a webinar on the course and study group with @RAY LOPEZ  on Saturday, February 15th, at 9:30 am US Pacific Time. Please visit this page to register.

To join the study group or sign up for the overview session, first join the TWIML Community. Then, after joining our Slack via the invitation you’re receive via email, join the #ai_enterprise_workflow channel and say hi! 👋

For a limited time only, Join the AI Learning group and get a free month on Coursera

Includes any of IBM’s Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Specialization and Professional Certificate subscriptions

The IBM Enterprise Workflow specialization launched on Coursera uses a single use case/real world scenario as the foundation to work through what it takes to build an end to end AI solution. It leverages Design Thinking as a framework to work through the translation of business goals into AI technical implementations. It brings together different capabilities such as Machine Learning, Optimization, and specific narrow-AI functionality. It Leverages Python as the tool of choice for building AI models, and brings in IBM Watson Studio where it adds value to the process on top of Python and other open source tools.

    It consists of 6 courses.

    1. Business Priorities and Data Ingestion
    2. Data analysis and hypothesis testing
    3. Feature engineering and bias detection
    4. Machine learning, visual recognition and NLP
    5. Enterprise model deployment
    6. AI in production
