Cannot log in to IBM Skills Network Labs

    I use Skills Network Labs to do exercises  for my Coursera course. It has been three days I couldn't log in.
    After entering credentials, it shows this message:

    Attention

    Skills Network Labs is down for maintenance to improve the security of your exercises. Please try again later.

    Then, it just spins and spins then showing this message

    Service Unavailable - Zero size object
    The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

    Is it a problem from IBM?
    Is there an alternative way to login

    I am a Kevin and I am taking IBM Full Stack Cloud Developer on Coursera and it is also showing the spinner without proceeding to the next step. I am also getting the below popup:

    It as been behaving this way for one week. I hope IBM Support will see this and respond accordingly.

    More people are reporting the same behavior for other courses on Skills Network Labs
    ''Attention Skills Network Labs are undergoing maintenance to improve the security of your exercises. During this period communication with systems outside of the SN Labs may be restricted.''

    I've sent a pm to support@communitysite.ibm.com to find out how to resolve this or link to maintenance event details.

    Hi all,

    As @Sven Sackers mentioned, there are a few open tickets to restore these services.
    A quick alternative in the meantime is to sign up for an IBM Cloud account (cloud.ibm.com/registration/) while this gets fixed.

    If you can, please provide more details into which development environment (e.g. JupyterLav vs R Studio IDE) you need and we can come up with more ideas.

    @Nawras Khudhur - it is working!​ There is a catch. It will not work if you are trying to use an old link or use an external page like https://labs.cognitiveclass.ai/

    But it will work if you access the lab environment directly from your course.
    Please give it a try and let me know how it went. It worked for me.

    Hello, I have attempted to access the lab environment from my course on multiple browsers. Even after clearing the caches for "all time", I continue to get 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable. This is preventing me from completing a graded assignment.

    If you're consistently seeing a message indicating that the Skills Network Labs is down for maintenance and you're unable to access it for an extended period, it's likely a system-wide issue from IBM's end. In such cases, it's usually not something you can solve on your own.

    As for alternative ways to access the labs or exercises, typically, if IBM's Skills Network Labs are undergoing maintenance, there might not be an immediate alternative platform provided for accessing the same exercises. These labs are often specific to the Coursera courses and are hosted within the IBM Skills Network environment.

    However, you can try the following:
