6500 members strong: Community Day event wrap-up

This past Tuesday, IBM's first ever Virtual Community Day brought together thousands of data science practitioners and experts worldwide for a 1-day event including 24 live sessions over the span of 8 hours. 

What were your favorite parts of Community Day?

Highlights: 

  • Total number of registrations (Eventbrite): 6,552
  • Total number of conference platform accounts created: 2,470  
  • Total number of live views across all talks: 3,717
  • Most live viewers on the platform at one time: ~450 
  • 10% increase in community member population over 24 hours
  • Session topics included: product demos, technical deep dives, mentorship, career advice, eminence, industry trends, AI, machine learning, best and worst practices, Db2, CPLEX, SPSS, and much more

@Marius Ciortea stay tuned for several more events like this covering platforms like IBM Cloud Private for Data, Middleware, ​a Udacity student event, more on diversity and careers and sneak peeks of IBM Analytics University.
