Hello, The issue reported above has been resolved by the Optim support engineer. The URL to access the Manager from a web browser outside the Optim Server and Client machines should be http://hostname:port/optim/standalone instead of http://hostname:port/optim/console. Thanks. Qiong Dai ...

Forgot to mention that one of the possible reasons that led to the failure of the upgrade: without selecting "Run as Administrator" for the Installation Manager, which is exactly what Danny advised "Run the Install as Administrator ( a must) ". Thank you Danny! ------------------------------ ...
