    Hello Community,

I wanted to inquire about a scenario, At Audit task View we have an OOTB Field called Audit Managers and Reviewers.

If we assign this field as Asignee in a workflow, and we have two users selected on a record. Whenever either one will approve it will actually approve the record. Is there any possibility to restrict the workflow until both of the users approve it ?

    Thanks.

    Hi Usaim,

If you require both of them to approve before moving forward and also notify the correct approver would be to add extra stages to the workflow, so in each stage to can validate who approved and just leave on the assignee field the user that is "left" to approve and finish the process.

Hope this helps and any queries please let me know.

    Regards

As of Now there is no possibility or way around to make all the user/group in assignee mandatory for approval...this request can be enhancement candidate for future.

    Hi Usaim,

If you want the workflow to control the approvers one way of solving that would be by adding more stages to the approval process.  So by each approver, you update the assignee list to leave just the people left for approval(you could do that very easily with a custom action for instance). By this way you will have the workflow assigned just showing and notifying the approvals left.

    Hope this helps.
