What I've heard differs by goods and services. For goods, I've heard changes can take a week or so, while new products can take multiple weeks, and imports can can many months. Services ranges from several weeks in Capital Markets (this is what it takes the rest of the organization to catch up to trading!) to 6 months or more for Retail Banking, P&C and Life. P&C and Life adds the additional twist regulatory approvals, which often becomes a key value proposition.
I'd like to hear your thoughts along with key blockages to dramatic improvements.
