Start table waiting for 3 seconds...

    Hi , 

    I have two questions about delete requests, 

    When I  run a delete req. I saw some logs like below ; 
    DPPCEXEC DPEvaluator (1120) EXCP 08/24/2020 21:12:38 005002 000020B8 00001360
    Start table DWH_TEST19C.<OWNER>.<TABLE_NAME_HERE> waiting to delete all child tables
    DPPCEXEC DPEvaluator (1139) EXCP 08/24/2020 21:12:38 005003 000020B8 00001360
    Start table waiting for 3 seconds...

    I check OPTIM relationships , db relationships , triggers , constraints and so on. But I couldn't find anything to make that table wait.
    Any idea about that ? 

    Also , my configurations of delete request is 16 db connection , 50k for commit , no lock , no compare , use row_id and access method is force key lookup.
    Delete request starts with 16 session for each table , when del. req. close to end sessions are decreasing in number. 
    For example there are 150  tables at the beginning  , delete request starts with 16 db connections. But when there are 20 tables left there is only 4 or 5 db connections. Why is not continuing with 16 db connections?
