  • 1.  Archive Process Errors

    Hello all,

     

    I just set up notifications for our Archive Processes and I am now seeing the error below, what log is it referring to and where can I find it?  FYI, the job shows as successful on the dashboard and it completed normally.

    Hello John,

    Can you please review the Optim Client -> Options -> Personal -> Temp 

    To get the folder details where the PR0TOOLxxx file and review the file to get the error.

    PS: view the folder by sorting by last modified
