  • 1.  IBM Optim Service Request new Link

    Hi Team,

     

    We have been facing an issue with the database (SQL Server) connectivity from Optim to extract the objects when there is a transaction replication is added to the tables in existing access definition.

    We currently have a work around for this and trying to raise a service request to track for permanent resolution.

     

    I'm trying to raise a service request and it seems the site is migrated and the new link is broken. Please can you help with the new link to submit the service request. Thanks in advance!
