    Hi there,

    the IBM Support Fix Central  contains the 14.10.FC10W2 for AIX and HPIA only, i was not able to find other  ports. Could someone from IBM check why the various Linux/Solaris ports cannot be seen there? Or were they not released? The APAR IT45318 (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/7114124) doesn't seem to be platform specific ...

    Are there any news about other ports about 14.10.FC10W2. I am interested in the versions: 14.10.FC10W2 and 12.10.FC16W1 for Linux 64-bit,x86-64.

    Hi Boycho,

    12.10.FC16W1 is on Fix Central for some time; 14.10.FC10W2 eventually appeared there earlier today. If you choose the 14.10.XC10W2 in the 'Installed version' dropbox, you'll get a list of following packages for download

    ibm.ids.14.10.FC10W2.SOL 
    ibm.ids.14.10.FC10W2.LNXPPCLE 
    ibm.ids.14.10.FC10W2.LNX
    ibm.ids.14.10.FC10W2.LINUX-S390
    ibm.ids.14.10.FC10W2.AIX 

    Strangely enough, if someone wants the HPIA port (ibm.ids.14.10.FC10W2.HPIA), the '14.10.FC10W1' has to be chosen in the 'Installed version' dropbox.

    Today I downloaded successfully versions: 14.10.FC10W2 and 12.10.FC16W1 for Linux 64-bit,x86-64.

    You are right about HPIA port. Мaybe the problem is related to "end of support" ;-)

    Thanks for confirming the successful downloads, Boycho. Regarding the HPIA port, do you think it's worth reaching out to IBM for a clearer explanation on whether the discrepancy is indeed related to 'end of support' or if it's an issue that could affect future updates? It might help avoid any surprises down the line.

    Hi,

    Sorry for late answer. I had to do "some work".

    Regarding the HPIA port: I think the last available is (and will be) 14.10.FC10W2.

    In "Release notes for IBM Informix for UNIX and Linux version 14.10.FC10W2":

    "Removal of Informix Server 14.10 support for HP-UX in future releases. HP-UX support will be removed from 14.10 in a later fixpack given the end of support announcement of December 2025 for HP-UX."

    In "Release notes for IBM Informix for UNIX and Linux version 14.10.FC11" - the same.

    There is NO 14.10.FC11 for HP-UX and I think - there won't be.

    So, my advice is - You must migrate your Informix server based on HP-UX to other OS.

    Otherwise you will have problems in the future - with end-of-support of HP-UX and end-of-support of Informix on HP-UX.

    We've already done that for couple of systems. It was a hard work ;-)
