Zach joined IBM as an expert labs RPA and BPM consultant five years ago. He currently leads the Americas Automation Program. When he is not doing his day job, you can usually find him working on patents and helping others get involved in IP at IBM. Zach has over 100 patents filed (Feel free to reach out if you want to learn more and submit your own!) with the US government. Zach and his wife Jordan live in Austin. In their free time, they love trying new foods. One of their favorites is HMart Korean food!
