Hi, I know there are several methods for contacting IBM Cloud Support - Live Chat and raising Tickets directly from the portal - but sometimes it's just easier to grab the phone and speak to someone.

It appears that the only phone number that you can contact IBM Cloud Support on is +1-866-403-7638, which is Toll free if you call from the US but is chargeable from the UK, and that charge can soon add up if your on long calls with support.

Is there really no local number from the UK to contact Cloud Support ?...........In which case I guess the only other option is to try and request/arrange a Webex in a support ticket or live chat session ?

I totally understand where you are coming from, however, we only have the IBM Cloud Support number in the US toll free.  I once submitted my idea: "IBM Cloud Support number to be available in Australia and New Zealand" via IBM Cloud - Structured Ideas (internal) long time ago but the idea was not accepted unfortunately.

I encourage you to submit your idea for the UK number from the IBM Cloud - Structured Ideas (external)!  Product teams are listening to our customers and partners so you may have better luck than myself :-)

thanks for your response, and thanks for pointing me at the IBM Cloud - Structured Ideas website.........I never new that page existed and I'll certainly start making use of it.

I have added my idea about local / toll free numbers to that website as you suggested.
