Using the admin UI to solve problems

I am in technical support for both CP4D and RedHat OpenShift, along with the Watson AI Services products.  What I do all day long is troubleshoot, and, often, I do the troubleshooting on the phone, with my customers.

Of course, this troubleshooting is currently ALL done through the command line.  It's ok for me - I am old, and I grew up on Unix. I downloaded beta versions of Linux.  And I got my IBM certification for AIX.

But the bulk of our customers, and IBM teammates, don't have such a background.  And the question is: why should they?  Are we really delivering enterprise software that can only be managed through the command line?  I don't think so.

There are admin consoles for both OpenShift and CP4D. The OpenShift console seems pretty rich with performance, maintenance, and debug tools. I'd like to help customers and IBMers utilize those tools to the max.

Unfortunately, I can't find any tutorials on a Goold search!  Odd, right?  I did find RedHat leaning modules, but they are all prices for customers.

Does someone know how to access that training internally? Or, any other training you are aware of? Thanks!
