Watson knowledge Catalog - Adding Users

    Hi!

    I'm trying to understand how to manage users and access policies on IBM Cloud(IAM). So I added a user to my account (lite) and gave him the following permisions:

    Servicio IAM Access Groups Service: Operator.
    Servicio Cloud Object Storage: Viewer and Writer.
    Servicio Watson Knowledge Catalog: Viewer and Writer.

    However the added user gets an error when he tries to access the Watson Knowledge Catalog service instance. It says something like "No resource groups found for this account. This could be due to a server problem or problems with this account. Select a different account or click manage for your account. If you don't have a resource group, contact support"

     I'm not sure what else do we need to do for him to be able to access the catalog.

    Any help would be very much appreciated!
