ICP4D (IBM Cloud Private for Data) is designed as an 'end to end' solution for data science.  That means you can collect the data - connect to many different database formats or local files, organize them, clean them, govern, visualize and analyze them using machine learning models. Those models can be created and edited using build in notebooks with Python, R and Scala interpreters. There is a variety of tools and modules in ICP4D - all under the same user interface.
