  • 1.  IBM Match 360 mapping issue

    I have received a "match-bulkmatcher" error when running a match job for a 0.5m test data set on my mtrial instance of Match 360.  I have successfully matched this data before on a prior trial instance.  There no further/detailed information on the error.  Can you advise where I can access the error logs for the match jobs?  Many Thanks.

    hi Clive .. if you can provide the CRN/tenantId for your cloud instance then someone should be able to investigate for you. (This mechanism should be exposed in the future.)​

    hey Clive,

    The logs are available in logDNA for 1 week only. I searched for this CRN and there is nothing in last one week. Can you plz re-trigger that job (run matching I suppose)? Sometimes, it is just one-off kind of problem/error.

    Hi Abhishek.  I have re-run this and it's given the same error.  Last log time was: 02/08/202110:31.

    Hi Clive .. From Abhishek: I had call with this customer yesterday and I had updated them that we were able to reproduce this. We are currently working on the fix.

    hey @Clive Warwick,

    The issue of bulkmatch failing ​when running from config-ui of match360 on cloud has been fixed and the fix is available on production. You can give it a try again.
