    Hi Team,

While connecting icp4d with ldap server (bluepages.ibm.com) , we are getting ldap configuration issue.
I also pasted screenshot for the same.
Both ports 389 and 636 are open.

    Hi Abu,

I'm may be wrong but thought LDAP, SSO authentication used at user management in ICP for Data. From the screenshot it seems like you are trying to use LDAP with add connection. Will you please provide steps that your are following, so we try to reproduce it.

    Thanks,

    Hi Abu,

I see you're using the "without search" method for connecting to an LDAP server, the "with search" method should be more user-friendly but I can also help you with your current configuration.

The prefix and suffix fields are meant to capture everything before and after the user field, so there shouldn't be a UID included, just uid= will represent the prefix before the user information. Seeing your email, a slight change should be made to your suffix, try c=in,ou=bluepages.com,o=ibm.com instead. If that still doesn't work, I'd recommend trying your serial (06442M744) for the test username instead of your email, and that could resolve any final issues.

The "without search" method is very particular about its input, since it's exactly matching your user's dn field in the LDAP server.

    Regards
