Jordan Freedman is a Product Manager for Cloud Object Storage with IBM Cloud. Jordan is responsible for managing the vision and roadmap for specific domains within the product, consulting with top Fortune 100 clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and turn these into a set of prioritized features based on key metrics that reflect market opportunity. Jordan manages features across the SDLC that meet specific customer demands, which have resulted in new net opportunities, improved the user experience, and assisted customers with meeting emerging privacy regulations. Jordan has developed and managed several strategic partnerships to grow new market segments directly resulting in qualified leads and new customer revenue.
