Hello IBM Cloud Team,

I have enrolled to IBM Couse "Full Stack Cloud Development Capstone Project" through Coursera. For completion of this project we have been provided with a Feature Code to create a free trial account with IBM Cloud Lite. It was specifically mentioned in the course instructions to NOT ENTER the credit card information and purchase any service.

 As per the course guidelines, when I create IBM Cloud Functions and try to invoke it, I see the below error:

{  "code": "29591fd0c122f15efff23db4627a612e",  "error": "Too many requests in the last minute (count: 1, allowed: 0)."}

This issue is being faced by multiple students taking this course. If anyone here can help, it would be greatly appreciated. I am almost done the final project and this issue is holding up me finishing the course.
