Hi Ken-
It looks like this course was once a collaboration with IBM. The listing for instructors are individuals no longer with the company. I hope that provides more clarity.

Thanks for the clarification. I was under the impression that it was "licensed" and released by IBM (that the content was curated by IBM) as the certification is called IBM Full Stack Software Developer with our Logo and IBM listed as the "educator"
Is this incorrect?
(After several hours, I encountered a work-around provided by the course. I have adjusted the response to point future students, experiencing the same issue, to the right location)

I, like many other students, and many other post on this website, am facing the same problem with IBM Cloud Functions.
{ "code": "45f302bb80538897870d9d8697c5175c", "error": "Too many requests in the last minute (count: 1, allowed: 0)."}
I am currently a Full Stack developer and cannot even obtain this certificate due to this technical problem/oversight.
Post have been getting made within this cloud training section for over 3 months now, and the issue is still affecting students.
This needs a resolution and is wrong on so many levels, to release a course to online vendors, have students paying to obtain the certificate, and leave such a blocker like this for over a fiscal quarter now.
If there is no resolution I plan to raise the issue with the BBB and have my lawyers get involved. Aside from the lost $ to the subscription, the hours allocated to obtaining it also have a value attached which was squandered.
I do not see how IBM could let this persist on one of their Certificate Courses. THIS NEEDS RESOLUTION (even if Cloud Functions are being deprecated)
On that note, since they are: Has IBM prepared an update to the course??? Or are students just going to be left alone with wasted time/money?
