IBM cloud Training account suspended

    Hi James, I am from Kyndryl and I was part of the Architect Jam for IBM cloud. I am currently unable to access the labs with the below error "
    Error
    User is suspended, error code : BXNIM0436E" Please help or suggest as how can i get this issue resolved so that I can complete my labs .

    Hi Syed,

    sorry to hear you're having problems. 

    Can you confirm that you are able to log into your own IBM Cloud account? Just checking that your username on the account is an email address that you have access to as well.
