Error message - not authorized in cloud labs

    Cloud Technical Advocate Course

    In the middle of labs I created a pay as you go account, now I get an error message " you do no not have access to enter any resource groups". Other issue I inadvertently deleted 3 groups that IBM had for me to work with.

    No I never did, been working with support, when I create a snippet  with Kubernetes for Catalog>containers, free> Lite> location Dallas it  will not attach to support ticket, yet I can it does let me attach a snippet when in Cloud Edge seems to work fine.  My Main concern is pass Cloud tech exam knowi how all resources work, what they do, etc.

     

    Natalie requested Donna ure loo into case, Donna had Charles Price and myself on Webex for an hour and he directed me to support, as I been working with them.
