You can use the built-in license information to determine who you have configured per role. Also, we use the legacy tool IBMCognosAnalytics_UsersCapabilities_11.0.0 for this purpose and you can search and download it. Thx

How do i get the list of groups and their members information
I have several groups under the default Cognos directory.
I am looking for an easier way to get the entitlement information so that I can do a quick search to see which users (or) groups are a member of a given group.
assuming a group can have a group or user as its member.
I am using 11.0.7 version.
