    Hi,

I am finding that I constantly lose Synchronisation in books, in both Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

This appears to be primarily an issue when viewing books from within applications.

I usually have to log out of PAW and log back in to resolve the issue but it will then happen again, and I have to keep logging in and out. Sometimes logging in and out does not help, and then I have to reset the synchronisation.

This issue can be a big problem because you can select, say a version from a dimension selector which has been dragged from outside a cube view, and think the version will have changed in the cube view itself because synchronisation has been switched on, and then proceed to update the wrong version because the synchronisation has not worked.

I am hoping that your team are working on such issues, because for me this is almost unworkable.

    regards,

    Mark

I posted this directly on the AMA but just in case I am reposting it here.

For partners/customers seeking to understand how to move to Next Gen/V12, I would like to ask the development and QA team to publish some performance benchmarks, particularly relating to calculation time. This would need to involve greater data and calculation content than is present in the standard demo servers, all of which are really too small to give meaningful results. Would this be possible?

    Hi all,

There was a question about switching of all quick reports to another server. This information is stored in named ranges, so you do not even need to use PAFE API. Here is an example of how to switch to another PAW connection:
