As Ian mentioned, this funcitonality doesn't exist in data modules yet. The best to get it is by logging and voting on an idea for it if it is not logged already.
The way to achieve this today would be either to recreate the same view from the start and have the table as part of it, or to create a new view with the current view and the new table you want.

There are two ways. The first is to select the module tree root node and choose new table from the context menu. The second is to select the tables you want in your view and choose new table from the context menu.
You can create a view from query subjects in your module, including uploaded files, and from query subjects in FM packages which have been imported into your module.
You can't add tables to a view once it has been created. It would be nice if you could.
I did not see a RFE for it but it could be already there but my search terms were not sufficient.

In Data Module I have created a view of tables.
Now I want to add another table to that view.
If I edit the table view I am only able to add columns from the existing tables in the view.
How do I add a column from a table that is not already in the view? Is there something obvious I am missing or do I really have to recreate the view all over again?
