    I've logged into our account but for the last few days I've been unable to download 11.2 from both IBM Global Sites 1 and 2 as well as Ireland via HTTP download.

    Wondering if anyone has been experiencing this issue?

    The specific error is:
    The following file(s) are not available in the chosen download location. Please consider updating your download location or continuing to download the available file(s).

    I've tried downloading English and Multilingual versions of Windows platforms.

    Hi Mark, 

    Not sure if you are using passport advantage? I was able to get to the resolution by contacting paonline@us.ibm.com. The team was very responsive and helpful.

    I had a problem of not being able to locate the downloads. Once I searched by part number (CC8D0ML, CC8D1ML, CC8D2ML) I found and was able to download.

    Yes Same happened for me. I was able to download from Ireland link yesterday. Today again its showing not available.

    Thanks everyone - I was able to download it today from the Ireland as well as the IBM Global 1 & 2 sites. It seems a few people were experiencing this issue but it now appears to be resolved.
