    Hello All,

    Could you please let me know how can I include a Page Number with Total pages (Page Number of Total Pages) Example : 1 of 10

    I have created a "Block" below the List Report using the Class "Guided Layout Margin" and selected the Format (Page No of Total  Page No). I can see the Page No but the Total page Number displays "?" like "1 of ?" 

    Also Is there a way to display the Page No/Total Page No's along with the buttons "Top", "Page Up", "Page down", "Page bottom" ?

    Hi,

    Is not possible to create the Total Page No.

    Cognos shows first report page and still fetching more results from database. Because of this, it does not know how many pages will be.

    Thank You @JEAM COELHO​. Wouldn't Cognos know the Total Number of records that it is fetching although it does not fetch all the records. Total Pages can be calculated based on the Total Records and the number of records that it shows per page. 

    This may be an Enhancement request then.

    Hi Harun,

    Total number of records will not help when using HTML output, not all columns have the same content' length on all records, unless knowing the content lengh for all columns on all records you cannot predict how many pages there will be.

    When running HTML output, pages are fetched one by one, so the records are fetched according to number of rows per page setting of your container (list / crosstab).

    PDF output will let you know the total page number.

    Thank You @Alaa Eddine KAY for your response. This may not be possible now but I believe IBM can implement this feature. I have submitted an enhancement request for this.
