In reporting when I try to join two query objects on DateTime fields (casted to Date) I receive the following error message:

XQE-GEN-0002 An unexpected exception occurred: com.cognos.xqe.runtree.relational.vectorization.TimestampColumnV ector incompatible with com.cognos.xqe.runtree.relational.vectorization.LongColumnVector

In the concerning report I use a datamodule with two CQM packages.

Does anyone have any idea in which direction to look?

    Hi Bastiaan,
Could you show the definition of the query items in each of the CQM packages that you're trying to join.
Are you creating a view for one of the CQM packages so that you can join that view to the second CQM package ?
And could you show the  join expression dialog as well ?
It almost seems that one of the queries is referring to the Date value, but the other side to an integer (I suspect it is applying a count operation on the field that is cast to a date).

    Hi Henk,

I found out that both CQM packages are not relevant for the problem. I also forgot to mention that I also use a SQL table (ORACLE) in the datamodule.

I can reproduce the problem in CA11.1.7 with only the Audit DQM package and a SQL table. If you cast both datetime fields (Audit package and SQL table) to date the problem occur.
