I think Motio PI Pro can help if you have these URL at more than one place. We always change the DNS or have vanity URLs which never change, even though you move Cognos to different servers..may be you should try that.

I have a Cognos report that includes hardcoded links (URLs) pointing to other reports. When the report is moved from development to production, the links need be updated to point to the production equivalent.
Is there a way to use relative URLs, so links don't have to be updated when report is moved between environments.
