I believe it is not possible. However you can create first you header into your visualization and after use the option Duplicate visualization in other Tab. As the image below. I hope this can help you.

Is there a way to configure new layouts for the templates that can be selected when creating new dashboard tabs?
On my dashboard, I need to include a header bar, a couple of visualizations as well as several stand-alone KPI figures. The scalability is poor when the KPIs are not inside a template's blocks, but the current default templates are not suitable for our needs.
Any ideas?
