I am new to the Community, so please advise if this post is not allowed.
On 5/3/2023 an end-user experienced an issue when working with a table on a prompt page, when trying to change the number of columns and rows. She clicked through the errors, tried a different browser and didn't resolve. (We had a copy of a the report saved in another location that she was able to access and utilize).
Today, the same user brand new report had same issue but this time working on page and a table in the header, tried to change counts and received error, this time she was working in Edge.
Two notifications are shown: 1) last operation performed did not complete due to an error. The application may be unstable. You may want to save your work and exit 2) TypeError: Cannot read promperties of null (reading (parentNode')
I did Google earlier on in May and found that there had been a known issue, but it was with version 10.2, we are currently on IBM Cognos Analytics 11.1.7. It is a single user, thus wondering if there is anything that should be reviewed on her computer.
