Thank You Buddhi
@Buddhi Gupta it helped. I checked both Load Options in Data Server and used Pass through SQL (Select * from Table) which now displays the names as is.
I am currently using Data Module and with the Pass through SQL I wouldn't be able to use the Data Module and give users access to the same Data Module.
Cognos should have left this as Customer Choice either to replace the names or keep as is.

From my observations It carries DB names when:-
- If You select both checkbox under Load Options for all Tables in Data Server
- If you use Native SQL ( select * from Table)

Subject: Data Module - Restrict Table Column Name Changes
Hello All,
When the Tables are imported into the Data Module Column Names with Characters such as underscore (_), dash (-), or slash (\) are replaced with the space character.
Is there a way to stop this behavior and keep the Database Table Column Names as is in the Data Module ?
Thank You
