Subject: Dashboard Errors 'addEdge(): Nodes Missing From Graph
Hi folks,
I don't actually see 11.2.2 IF1 in Fix Central, only 11.2.1. See below.
Am I missing something? BTW, when is 11.2.3 coming out? I don't see it in Passport Advantage yet.
Thanks
Michael

Hi Kiran,
I applied 11.2.2 IF1 and haven't seen the error since.
Thanks,
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy
Were you ever able to figure out what's causing this issue? I see it is occurring in case of a customer who is using an FM package joined with excel data.
Regards
Kiran

Subject: Dashboard Errors 'addEdge(): Nodes Missing From Graph
Hi,
I am very frequently, but inconsistently receiving an error on visualizations when opening a dashboard or adjusting filters. The data source is a data module that is based on data sets. I am not able to reproduce this using the Excel-based samples.
This is the error I see in the XQE logs each time I see the error in my browser: XQE-GEN-0010 Found an internal error: 'addEdge(): Unable to process the join. One of the nodes is missing from the graph.'.
I came across another error while taking screenshots for this case: XQE-MSR-0008 In module "model00000176f26cc4d2_00000000", the following query subjects are not joined: "Order Attributes", "Ship From Attributes", "Shipped Date Attributes".
It is not consistent with one particular visual. For instance, I change a filter on the filter bar and then two of the five visuals will return that error. If I save then close and reopen the errors will no longer appear. But when interacting (suck as selecting a bar on one visual) can cause other visuals to return the error.
I followed recommendation of support to ensure there is only one JDBC jar for my Oracle database. Also relinked sources in the data module.
Case is TS004838749. I hope someone else might have run into this situation.
Thanks.
