  • 1.  Why can't I delete burst versions?

    I cannot delete burst report versions in C11 CR13. I am in the System Administrators group. I can delete the entire report view but cannot delete individual versions or entire runs of the burst report. According to the documentation, I should be able to see the trashcan next to each burst version but I do not. Does anyone know why? Also, the little i icon is grayed out, cannot figure out why. Is there a capability that I need to turn on, perhaps?

    Thank you @SAMI EL CHEIKH we contacted Help Support. Turns out that the delete button is available but it floats in the middle of the list of the available reports and in the case of reports with over a 100 outputs ​, it is not that easy to find the button. I think it would be better placed on the top, next to the information button.

    Thanks for the response! I'm glad we were able to figure it out. Can you send me a picture of the floating delete button? I want to make sure the right management and development teams are aware.
