    Take the dashboard for example,
    1. Click "Copy As Link" button on the right top of the page

    2. Copy the dashboard link from the popup window

    3. Embed the link into other page by iframe or some other methods. The pure dashboard looks like below.

    To embed the visualization, the steps are almost the same as above.
