Right now, you can use the GPU ELIM Template Graphs and also make sure that you enable GPU Collection in Console > Configuration > RTM Settings > Poller. If you do that second part, you should have some GPU rusage after the jobs are complete.
Starting in RTM 10.2.0.1, you will be able to re-load your account data using the 'gridacct' utility followed by the 'database_replay_daily_stats.php' to load the GPU utilization for consumption by tools such as Daily Statistics (Clusters > Reports > Daily Statistics) type reports. Once we are done with that, I'm sure we will have a technical WebEx to go over the new features as several customers have been asking for it. The 10.2.0.1 release will incorporate the latest Cacti plus a number of bugs fixes since the 10.2.0.0 release.
That release is currently in process.

I'm looking for help on how to generate GPU utilization reports by using LSF RTM. it appears that the RTM generates a lot of note files with the info . the question is weather there is a better way to gather and produce reports on a acommulative db or file .
