Recently Used Data Feature

    We recently upgraded to v11.1.3 from v10.2.2. After starting a new report, is there a way to see recently used data (packages) like in v10.2.2?  It's the most asked about feature not there. Is there anything like that available? How do I suggest it as an enhancement?
