I installed PAW57 on a new Windows server.  PAW starts up just fine initially or when you reboot the server.  However after about 30 minutes, the REDIS service stops working.  When I run the paw.ps1 script to restart the services, it returns this message:

Starting redis ... error

Starting couchdb-init ... done
ERROR: for redis Cannot start service redis: unsupported platform request

ERROR: for redis Cannot start service redis: unsupported platform request
Encountered errors while bringing up the project.

Execution failed with exit code 1:
ERROR: for redis Cannot start service redis: unsupported platform request
Encountered errors while bringing up the project.
At E:\Program Files\ibm\PAW_2.0.57.1227\scripts\init.ps1:70 char:13

The redist.log file shows a REDIS BUD REPORT section with a lot of server, memory, and other details.  The peak memory usage shows 11GB while the server has 32GB.  This is my first time encountering a REDIS service error and I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this issue.  Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure this is your issue, but it might be worth trying: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/docker-unresponsive-after-few-minutes-stopping-pa-workspace-hangs-after-forced-restart-some-containers-are-stuck-restarting-state. I got caught a couple of times recently by this one, where I'd install PAW and all would appear to be fine; then after a short while it would stop working. I wasted a lot of time chasing AV exclusions when it turned out all I had to do was disable the VMWare Tools service. Hopefully this helps, but if not, it's a quick job to try it.

Thank you, Mark.  You are right that it is the VMWare Tools that is the issue.   My VM was running version 11.0.5.  Once I upgraded it to version 11.1.1, that resolved the issue.
