Installed PAW57 but excel will not render in PAW

    I have just installed PAW57 on my local machine and it is up and running but I have one big problem. My excel sheets / web sheets will not render on PAW. I just get a blank space after the spinning globe disappears.

    I have tested with old web sheets and completely new web sheets. Same result.

    I have not installed the separate TM1 web component. Is that required?

    Have I missed a configuration? 

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Yes, the Planning Analytics Spread Sheet Service (TM1web) is required for displaying web sheets.
