  • 1.  A display bug in PAx?

    Hi, I noticed that there is a display bug in PAx and I am currently on version 53. It appears when I am using PAx over VPN.
    Firstly, when I open an Exploration, there is no rows, columns and context showing. But if I double click rows or columns in the report to expand, the whole area suddenly can be seen. Therefore, I assume it is a displaying bug?

    When the expansion is done, the whole area disappears again, which can't stay in Excel.

    Similar issue with Task Pane. If I open an instance for the first time, then it won't be displayed. But when I close the book and reopen the instance again immediately, it can be displayed properly and stays there for further operation. Again, it happens when I am over VPN.

    Is your Excel set for optimize for compatibility?
