As I can remember this layout is from an older release.
(There is no Fix Pack 2 for 11.1.7 yet so maybe you have another release?)

I Found the option, if you click on the play button then a drop down list is seen like you see in the embedded image. Its going to take time to get familiar with the new inteface.

After I run the report I do not see the drop down list that you see. The Cognos version installed is 11.1.7 SP2. Find attached the bar that I see when the report is executed. The browser used is Google Chrome

After running a report in HTML format, you should have a drop-down next to the Run button in the toolbar as shown in the image below.
Is this drop down list missing?

Recently installed Cognos 11.1.7 server and imported reports from Cognos 10.2.1 to 11.1.7.
When I run the reports in Cognos 11.1.7, the option to export the report to excel cannot be found. See attached image from 10.2.1
What am I missing?
