Information Widget in individual Dashboard Objects

    I am on Cognos Analytics 11.2.0.  My users very much want to have an Information widget available on any/all Dashboard Objects. 

    How it would work
    • It would be next to the existing Widget Timer and Widget Filter and the same size as those widgets.  It could look like/be a question mark in a circle. 
    • When a user Left Clicks on the information Widget it would display text that the Dashboard author created. (About the meaning/definition of that specific Dashboard Object)
    • After the Text is displayed if you click anywhere else in the object, it then goes away.  Just like the Timer and Filter Widget behavior.

    Does anyone have a custom extension or method/way that would satisfy my users' request?
