  • 1.  Dispatcher status Unknown in Cognos Administration

    Hi All,

     

    We have IBM BI multi machine architecture for Failover and load balancing on 2 machines(Cog01, Cog02) using Weblogic Application server not Ibm Tomcat.

    when I check the Cog 02 dispatcher status in Cognos administration > Status > System> i see Cog02 dispatcher  is unknown status. 

    i tried to unregister and started back the weblogic JVMS. still no luck. i see same status.

    I see succeed status if i right clikc on Cog02 dispatcher and select test dispatcher. but i try to start the dispatcher i see attached Error.

    Please suggest if anyone seen this error and know the fix for this in you exeperice.?
