We are struggling setting up the connection to our local database in Cognos Analytics:
We have created the secure gateway and installed the installation software accessible in Cognos Analytics, we have also not had any issues running the software through our terminal.
The connection from the secure gateway to the computer (MacOS) has been established, but the issue seems to be with the driver, when choosing MacOS as the operation system.
Meaning that we still cannot login to our database.
We have tested this on a PC, which worked like a charm, so no issues there, but as the entire office is equipped only with MacOS, so getting this to work on Mac as well would be great! :)
